🚗 Travel Information
Free travel within 20 km (40 km round trip) from Ranui, Auckland.
For venues beyond this range, a small travel fee applies depending on location.
💖 Booking & Payment Policy
To lock in your date, a 50% deposit is required within 7 days of booking.
The remaining balance is due one week before your event.
We prepare every booth especially for your guests, so deposits are non-refundable — but we’re happy to move your date if you need to reschedule with at least 14 days’ notice 🌈
🎨 Theme Requests Welcome!
Planning a themed party? We can tailor your bead and charm selection to match your event — from Spider-Man, Frozen, Unicorn, to Pastel Rainbow vibes! 💫
We’ll do our best to source matching charms or color palettes to suit your theme.
Custom theme requests are welcome — pricing will be discussed based on design and materials.
Example: For a Spider-Man themed birthday, we can include red, blue, and web-patterned beads, plus matching superhero charms 🕷️💥
